Shipping & Processing

Our standard method of shipping is through UPS and USPS. Optional methods of shipping may be used to get you the quickest delivery for the lowest cost. However, you have to request for a faster delivery for such arrangements.

We recommend you to ensure “ship to” address is complete and correct, and includes any suite, apartment, or floor numbers. Shipping cost for orders returned because of incorrect addresses are not refundable.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over $100.00 using standard shipping methods to the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

International Orders

All international shipments are sent through USPS Priority Mail (6-10 days) or First Class Mail (under 4lbs. transit times varies according to destination), unless the customer request a different method of shipment. We send out all tracking information and charges by an emailed invoice upon shipping the package. Please note ANY and ALL charges from customs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Processing

In most cases, your order will be shipped out the next business day after it is placed though normal processing time may range in between approximately 1-3 business days. Standard shipping times after order is processed is 1-6 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing or shipping times.

Processing and shipping takes place Monday through Friday, we do not ship and/or process orders over the weekend.
